Easy and Authentic Okinawan Taco Rice

I have tried to make taco rice several times. I place a fried egg on top like a Loco Moco dish. I call this 'taco rice' since this rice is topped with taco filling. You can make this dish easily with the ingredients you usually have in your fridge.

If you prefer a stronger flavour, serve this with ketchup and sweet chilli sauce. It will give this dish a rich flavour. There are different sweet and hot chilli sauces, so use your preferred choice. You can also use minced pork for this dish. For 2 servings. Recipe by sanpinpon
