Ingredients

1 cupcold cooked rice (about 150 grams)
1large egg
4-5 clovesgarlic, smashed
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
2Thai chilies
1small shallot
1/2 teaspoonvegetable oil

Steps

Heat a pan and add the vegetable oil and smashed garlic, then add the egg.

Scramble the egg, then add the cold rice and stir-fry until well combined.

Add the soy sauce, chilies, and shallot. Stir-fry for about 15 seconds, then turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
