1cut up chicken
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 cupsherry

Place chicken in buttered baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, basting frequently. Remaining sauce may be served over rice or noodles.
