Try making this comforting nabeyaki udon at home with a variety of toppings! I created this recipe to use up a large amount of udon noodles I received.

Add all the ● ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, add the sliced chicken tenderloin and udon noodles. Gently separate the noodles as they heat.

When the chicken is cooked through, add the aburaage, halved taro roots, meatballs, and edamame. Cook briefly until heated through.

Make a small well in the center and crack in the egg.

Cover and cook until the egg white is set. Enjoy!
