Came home one night expecting to make chili for the chili cook-off at work, only to find out the power was out. Now i have a name for the chili I will be entering

In large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crisp, stirring occasionally.

As the bacon is browning,chop and add (as prepped) the garlic, habeneros, serranos, onions, and bell peppers, Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add chili powder, cumin, chipotle chili powder, oregano, and smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook until the seasonings are aromatic.

Add the beef and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Once beef is broken up and beginning to brown, add the pork. Break up with wooden spoon like the beef, and brown, until no longer pink, roughly 4 minutes.

Stir in the beer, beans and lime juice. Add all of the Mango. Top with chosed amount of cilantro
- 7
Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 1 1/2 hours Now to get a little more sleep before work :)
