Cut Brinjal,Tomato,green chilli

Take a pan, put some oil and add Cumin seeds,Green Chilli,Cut Brinjal, Turmaric, Ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste and cook for 5min

Add tomatoes and cook for 5min and mix well until they cook well.

Turnoff heat and let it cool for sometime. Grind this in a mixer to coarse paste and take into a bowl

Add oil in a pan for seasoning and add musturd seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal, red chilli,curry leafs, corriondor leafs. Add this seasoning on top on the mixture in the bowl and brinjal chutney is ready to be served with rice or roti.
