Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 packfrozen udon noodles
  2. About 1/8 head cabbage, thinly sliced
  3. 1small amount ● butter (or margarine)
  4. 1/2 tablespoon● soy sauce
  5. 1 pinch● salt and pepper
  6. 1 pinch● dashi granules
  7. As needed● shredded melting cheese
  8. 1 packetbonito flakes (katsuobushi)

Cooking Instructions

    Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the frozen udon noodles and sliced cabbage. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then drain the water.

    Add the drained noodles and cabbage to a frying pan. Add all the ● ingredients and toss over medium heat.
