1 PKGJohnsonville Andoulle sausage, chopped into large chunks
3red potatoes, chopped in chunks
1small onion, chopped in chunks
2Fuji apples, cut into chunks
1 cupbeef broth
2 tbspapple cider vinegar or apple juice

Turn crockpot to low, and throw in all ingredients, potatoes on the bottom.

Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

So simple! And fantastic. Finish with a dash of salt and pepper.
