Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 20medium Black Tiger shrimp
  2. 3 1/3 cupswater (800ml)
  3. 2 tablespoonssake
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  6. 1 leafgreen leaf lettuce
  7. [Sauce]
  8. 3 tablespoonsketchup
  9. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  10. 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
  11. 1 pinchblack pepper
  12. 1 dashTabasco

Cooking Instructions

    Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sake and salt, then add the shrimp with shells on. Once it boils again, cover, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
