This shrimp cocktail is made by boiling raw shrimp and making the sauce from scratch.

Cooking Instructions

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sake and salt, then add the shrimp with shells on. Once it boils again, cover, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Drain the shrimp in a colander, peel them once they have cooled slightly, sprinkle with lemon juice, and chill in the refrigerator.

Lay shredded green leaf lettuce on a plate, arrange the chilled shrimp on top, and serve with the sauce made by mixing the ingredients.
