Steps

Cut and brown hot dogs in butter. Once hot dogs are "charred" add chorizo and beef to brown. Also add 1 and 1/2 onions and garlic.

Add wet ingredients first and stir.

Now add dry spices.

Garnish with cheese and fresh onions.
