In a pan cook the beef, chicken, or turkey, onion, and garlic until meat is browned. Drain off at

Transfer the mixture to a 4 quart crockpot. Stir in cumin, coriander and salsa

Cover and cook on low heat setting the 3 to 4 hours or on high heat setting for one and a half to 2 hours to heated through

Stir in cheese. Cover; cook on high heat setting for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts

Served with chips.

The dip must be kept warm in the crockpot up to 2 hours on low heat
