as neededSoy meat,
1-2 tablespoonsrice flour (about 8–16 grams)
as neededSansho pepper,
as neededOil,
as neededSalt,

Soak the dried soy meat in salted water for about 15 minutes to rehydrate.

Thread the soy meat onto skewers, then sprinkle with a mixture of rice flour and sansho pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet and pan-fry the skewers until crispy.
