Heat about 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet and add garlic and jalapeño. Salute for about 1-2 minutes until soft. Add to stock pot.

In same sauté pan, brown ground beef. Add to stock pot.

Add all other ingredients - except for chocolate and stir well to combine. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

Add chocolate and stir until melted.

Serve with your favorite toppings!

Can substitute hot picante sauce or hot chili beans to spice things up. I also like to use ground turkey as well and it tastes great!
