Steps
- 1
Grind sabudana coarsely in a grinder. Soak it in water for 10mins. Add singhara flour and sugar and mix thoroughly. Keep aside for another 5mins. The batter is thick in texture.
- 2
Add cardamom powder to the mixture. Cut ripe banana into slices just before preparation.
- 3
In a kadhai or nonstick pan, add oil and heat it. Once the oil becomes hot, reduce the flame. Add banana into the batter, coat it and pour it into the hot oil. When the bottom turns golden brown in color, flip the pakoras and cook the other side.
- 4
Remove the pakoras from hot oil and collect on a tissue paper to wipe out excess oil. Serve hot in a serving plate.
