Steps

Wash pumpkin leaf with salt and slice.

Wash waterleaf with salt and slice separately.

Wash goat meat and stockfish and put in a clean pot.

Add water into the pot,season with maggi and salt and allow to boil for 20 min.

Add the blended pepper,onions and crayfish and stir allow to boil for 5 min.

Add palm oil and allow to boil for 3 min.

Add waterleaf allow to heat for 5 min then add your pumpkin leaf allow to heat for 3 min.

Serve with semo or pounded yam.
