Ugali: boil the water and add the maize flour as you stir until it makes a smooth cake shaped under nedium to high heat

Beef wet fry: cook the beef until tender, add cooking oil and turn until golden brown, add the onions and pepper stir and sauté till onions turn golden brown, add the tomatoes and sauté until the tomatoes make a paste, in a small dish put the royco and very little water to make paste then add to the cooking pan, add dhania and salt and cover and cook for 5mins.

For the Sukuma wiki:Put enough oil in cooking pan on medium heat, add the onions and let cook till golden brown then add the veges. Turn and add salt and turn well then cover and cook for 2mins until soft but crunchy.

Serve in a plate and garnish with avocado fruit in desirable shape. Enjoy.
