Just like you see on the road side; but I sent the yam to the oven; yes you can still enjoy a roasted yam anytime any day. As a Yamaholic Chairlady I decided to treat myself to dinner with this lovely meal; I was tempted to throw any set in the oven but the weightloss conscience held me back.

Just like you see on the road side; but I sent the yam to the oven; yes you can still enjoy a roasted yam anytime any day. As a Yamaholic Chairlady I decided to treat myself to dinner with this lovely meal; I was tempted to throw any set in the oven but the weightloss conscience held me back.

Preheat oven 220degree

Slice yam into desired shape

Send it to the oven for 35 - 40mins (flip over at interval 15mins will work fine)

Palm oil paste: in a mortar pound pepper, onions and crayfish; add salt and pinch of boullion then add palm oil. Mix with your pistle and set aside.

Confirm yam is ready by sticking a knife into it or tasting the yam.

Bring out yam from the oven and serve with palm oil.

For your palm oil paste you can fry the paste in a small pot or in a microwave if you like it hot and cooked.
