A unique and delicious way to serve roast chicken.

Prepare the stuffed grape leaves.

Rub the grated onion with salt, black pepper, and vinegar, then strain. Rub the inside of the chicken with the onion pulp.

Stuff the inside of the chicken with the grape leaves without packing them tightly.

Mix the onion juice with the ketchup, tomato paste, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over the outside of the chicken.

Place a layer of grape leaves in the oven roasting bag, set the chicken on top, tie the bag, and cut a small slit in one corner for steam to escape.

Bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 1 hour.
