Delicious Beans and yam porridge

Prepare your ingredients

In a clean pot, add your cleaned beans and cook till it’s soft(used steaming method)…. Sieve out the water.

In the dried pot, add your palm oil and fry your onion, pepper and crayfish….. then add a little amount of water. Then go in with your salt and seasoning cube and bring to boil.

Pour the beans into the boiling base and then add the washed diced yam…. Cover the pot and allow cook.

Stir and adjust the seasoning if necessary…

Your food is ready to be served.
