Palak Paneer is one of the most popular paneer dishes. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is cooked with spinach and spices in this creamy and flavorful curry. It pairs well with naan, paratha or jeera rice.
Steps

First of all clean the spinach and wash it with clean water and boil it in boiling water for 2 minutes. Now drain the water from this spinach and immediately add very cold ice water and keep it aside for a while.

Now add boiled spinach leaves, green chillies and green coriander leaves in a mixer jar and grind them to make a paste.

Now heat ghee or oil in a pan, add cumin seeds to it, add finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and chopped onion slices and saute till the color of onion turns pink.

Now add chopped green chillies, coriander cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sanchar powder and salt to it and saute.

After that add curd and mix well. After that add spinach paste and mix well.

Now add wheat flour to it and mix. After that add pieces of paneer and mix it.

Now add fresh cream, garam masala and lemon juice to this and mix well and switch off the flame.

Now your palak paneer sabji is ready to serve. Garnish this vegetable with fresh cream, onion slices and green coriander leaves.
