Salmon with Mustard and Garlic

Salmon with Mustard and Garlic
Steps
- 1
Place the salmon skin-side down in an oil-greased baking dish.
- 2
In a bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of parsley, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix with a spoon until well blended.
- 3
Spread the mixture over the surface of the fillet until fully covered. Place some lemon slices on top.
- 4
In a preheated oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit, bake for 12 to 15 minutes. After removing from the oven, if not serving immediately, cover the dish with aluminum foil to prevent drying out. Serve with a spinach, cheese, and ham roll. You can pair it with a rosé wine.
