Cooking Instructions

Soak the chicken breast in salt water for about an hour. Afterward, place it in a foil packet and sprinkle with your preferred seasonings (I use salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs). Seal the foil tightly to keep the chicken juices from leaking out, which would make the chicken dry.

Cut the king oyster mushrooms and tomatoes into pieces, place them in a foil packet, and sprinkle with the same seasonings and butter. Seal tightly and place in the air fryer with the chicken breast.

Cook at 200°C (about 390°F) for 16 minutes. Let it sit for a moment after the time is up, then take it out!

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and serve with the roasted vegetables. Done! You can pair it with different vegetables every day (for example, the second picture shows it with cucumbers, sautéed eggplant, and sautéed king oyster mushrooms). It really comes out super tender!
