Spicy chicken and tomato puff pie

Made from shop bought puff pastry filled with spicy chicken breast pieces with mushrooms and tomato 🍅.
I made the filling for vol au vants and had some leftover so put that in the pie.

Made from shop bought puff pastry filled with spicy chicken breast pieces with mushrooms and tomato 🍅.
I made the filling for vol au vants and had some leftover so put that in the pie.

Make some sauce to go in pie I had already made this for vol au vants.
Cook mushrooms in a little oil, then with the milk and sauce mix together add on the heat with mushrooms to make a thickish sauce.
Let cool. - 2
With 2 pieces of puff pastry add the chicken then sauce and tomato on top, fold over nip the edges.
Score the top. Spray oil on top and sprinkle some poppy seeds. Optional. - 3
Bake in airfyer for 19 mins until crisp and golden.
Enjoy hot or cold.
