Combine shingoda flour l, curd, and 3 cups water. Blend using a blender. Add salt, sugar and the ginger chillies pastes. Combine.

For tadka, heat up ghee in a tadka pan. Crackle cumin till brown. Turn off the stove. Add curry leaves and pour it over kadhi.

Put kadhi on the stove to cook. Stir frequently to avoid Curdling. Boil till it gets the right consistency.

Serve with moraiyo and other items on the plate.
