Ingredients

  • 100 grmoraiyo (use less if serving with Puri bhaji)
  • 2-3 cupswater
  • 1 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Wash and soak moraiyo in 2-3 cups of water at least for an hour. Transfer the pot on the stove and cook on the lowest heat

  2. 2

    Cook till moraiyo is cooked very well and you get the right consistency. If it feels dry, add more hot water.

    Serve with kadhi, shak etc.
