Steps
- 1
Take a pan add ghee, roast coconut for 1 minutes. Now add dry fruits powder.
- 2
Roast it for 2 minutes. Now transfer it into a bowl. Take chocolate in the same pan, add milk and melt it proper.
- 3
Let it cool. Now add in roasted mixture. Mix all ingredients proper.
- 4
At last add sugar. (I used khaand) mix them with hands properly. Take small ball size mixture, first flat it and then give them modak shape.
- 5
I don't use modak mould. With the help of tooth pick I made these modak. Garnish with leftover dry fruits powder.
- 6
Modak is ready. Welcome bappa.
