4 people
  1. 1/2 cupdecicated coconut
  2. 1/2 cupcashewnut and almond powder
  3. 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  4. 1/4 cup sugar (khaand)
  5. 2 table spoon milk
  6. 1 table spoon ghee

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

Take a pan add ghee, roast coconut for 1 minutes. Now add dry fruits powder.

  2. 2

Roast it for 2 minutes. Now transfer it into a bowl. Take chocolate in the same pan, add milk and melt it proper.

  3. 3

Let it cool. Now add in roasted mixture. Mix all ingredients proper.

  4. 4

At last add sugar. (I used khaand) mix them with hands properly. Take small ball size mixture, first flat it and then give them modak shape.

I don't use modak mould. With the help of tooth pick I made these modak. Garnish with leftover dry fruits powder.

  6. 6

    Modak is ready. Welcome bappa.
