  2. 20 slicespork belly (for hot pot)
  3. Seasoning
  4. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  6. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 1 pinchwhite pepper

    Wash the okra, remove the stems, and trim the rough edges near the stem.

    Lay the pork slices flat on a cutting board, and place the okra at the bottom of the slice.

    Roll up from bottom to top.

    Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

    Heat a teaspoon of oil in a skillet, and once hot, add the pork rolls. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

    Pour the seasoning evenly into the pan, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 1 minute. Uncover, flip the pork rolls to absorb the sauce on both sides. Cover again and cook on medium-low heat for another minute. Uncover and continue cooking until the sauce is reduced, then serve.
