For caramel sauce: in a saucepan add sugar and let it melt, add milk 🥛 slowly, stir constantly on medium heat, until the mixture boils, about 2 mins, add salted butter 🧈 and mix well, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and mix well, pour in a bowl, let it cool slightly before using, cover it and keep aside.

For apple pie filling: in a saucepan add apples 🍎diced, lemon juice 🍋, cinnamon powder, sugar cook on medium high heat, when starts to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins or apples 🍎 are tender. Tip: cook time may vary depending on apple variety. Mix corn flour with 1 tbsp water 💦 and mix dissolve, stir into 🍎 apple mixture and cook for 1 min, remove saucepan from the heat and let it cool.

For cookie dough: preheat oven at 180°c, in a bowl add all purpose flour, salt and baking powder mix well and keep aside,cream the butter 🧈 and sugar until pale and fluffy, add egg yolks or whole eggs 🥚 and vanilla extract, beat for 1 min, add flour mixture and mix well until combined. Roll dough into 1 "ball and place 1" apart on a cookie sheet, press little and bake for 12 -15 mins, remove from oven and let it cool for 2 mins, transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

One cooled down, add apple pie filling on top and drizzle with caramel sauce and chilli for 20-30 mins or serve in room temperature as per your desire.
