Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and put chopped onion.

Fry till pink in colour and then add chopped tomato and green chilli.

Now add egg, spices and salt. Crumble the egg and saute.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from pan.

In the same pan heat butter and put 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and garam masala powder.

Cut burger buns from middle and toast in pan.

Apply tomato sauce on both sides of bun and spread egg qeema on it.

Now put onion and tomato slices on one side of bun, pour mayonnaise and keep another piece on it.

Easy and delicious egg qeema burger is ready. Serve immediately.
