Take a kadai. Add ghee. When it gets heated add raisins. After that add grated lauki and saute.

Once lauki sauted well add milk and mix well. Put lid and cook properly. Then add malai and mix well.

When lauki gets properly cooked add sugar to it. Then cook it well with sugar. Then add almond pieces and cardamom powder and mix well.

After mixing all well. Lauki halwa is ready to serve. Garnish with any dryfruits as per your liking.
