Moong Sprouts Falafel Bowl(healthy & protein pack)

Blitz the mung beans, green chillies, garlic, onion, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt to a coarse paste. Add it to a bowl with the besan & mix well.

Shape them into small balls & coat with the sesame seeds. Spray some oil on appe pan & cook falafel until golden brown & crispy.

You can make in air-fry for 12-15 minutes at 180°C by spraying some oil on falafel

You can also bake it in a preheated
200°C oven for 15-20 minutes - 6
Spread the hung curd dip in a bowl. Add the side salad & falafel to the bowl; see in pic Serve & enjoy
