First wash the mustard greens (sarson saag)well.Then cut them into small pieces.

When the oil is hot fry the daler bari.Then add pachforan to the oil.Then stir the mustard greens (sarson saag) with green chilli and salt.When the mustard greens (sarson saag) are fried drop the daler bari.

Mustard greens (sarson saag) ghanta is ready.
