Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupoats
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 1/2 mango pulp
  4. 1 tb honey
  5. Ice cubes
  6. chopped fruits
  7. seeds & nuts

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add milk and boil it

  2. 2

    Add oats and cook for 3-5 min at medium flame

  3. 3

    Add the oats paste in a jar along with mango pulp, honey and few ice cubes

  4. 4

    Blend into a smooth paste

  5. 5

    Pour into a plate and spread evenly

  6. 6

    Decorate with chopped fruits & berries

  7. 7

    Pour some healthy seeds on it to make it more healthy

  8. 8

    Ready to serve
