This delicious paratha /rotli is hastle-free and gets ready in a jiffy. They are filling and satisfying. It uses up the leftovers and also makes it healthy. The veggies are completely hidden, so even fussy kids would eat them.

Combine the veggies, chutney and khichdi in a grinding jar. Grind till smooth.

Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and make dough like for rotli/paratha. Adjust the flour quantity depending on the consistency of the dough mixture.

Roll slightly thick rotli/paratha using dusting. Cook on medium to high flame using oil. The very delicious parathas are ready to enjoy with tea, achar, chillies etc. However, they taste delicious even without any accompaniment.
