In a bowl, add poha and wash 2-3 times in running water

Soak poha for 2-3 min till it gets soften

Then add it in the jar along with wheat flour and curd

Pour 1/4 cup water and blend to make a smooth paste

Beat or whisk the mixture for 3-5 min uisng hands

Add onion, green chilli, curry leaves along with hing,salt, red chilli and cumin seeds

Mix properly and add coriander leaves and mix again

Add baking soda and give it a good mix for few seconds

In a kadhai, heat some oil and fry the paste by making balls of it

Fry until golden brown color comes

Serve hot with ketchup
