Yield: Makes about 35 dumplings 🥟 (35-40 pieces)
Ingredients: 300 g ☆ground pork; 1 bunch ☆chives; scant 1 teaspoon ☆chicken bouillon; 1 1/2 teaspoons ☆sugar; 1 1/2 teaspoons ☆soy sauce; 1 1/2 teaspoons ☆sesame oil; to taste ☆seasoned salt and pepper; 7-8 cm ☆ginger paste; 7-8 cm ☆garlic paste; 40 dumpling wrappers; as needed sesame oil (for frying); as needed ponzu sauce (for dipping); 3-6 For crispy wing dumplings steps; 2/3 cup water (150cc) 1 tablespoon flour

1 bunch☆chives

1 1/2 teaspoons☆sugar

to taste ☆seasoned salt and pepper
7-8 cm☆ginger paste
7-8 cm☆garlic paste

as neededsesame oil (for frying)
as neededponzu sauce (for dipping)

2/3 cupwater (150cc) 1 tablespoon flour

Finely chop the chives. Mix all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl thoroughly.

Wrap the mixture in dumpling wrappers and fry in sesame oil until done.

For crispy wing dumplings, lightly coat a large frying pan with sesame oil and arrange the dumplings.

Mix 2/3 cup water with 1 tablespoon flour thoroughly. Pour over the arranged dumplings, cover, and cook on medium heat until boiling.

Reduce the heat slightly and cook until the water evaporates (keep the lid on). Once the water is gone, remove the lid.

Return to medium heat and drizzle sesame oil around the edge of the pan. Fry until golden brown. Place a plate over the dumplings and flip to serve neatly.
