Jalamuri is a famous food of West Bengal. This breakfast made from Murmura, Potato, Onion, Chickpea, Chatpati, Green Chili, Mudi Masala is very quick and easy to make.

To steam potatoes and chickpeas, after they are cooked, drain the water and peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces and prepare all the ingredients.

Now put all the ingredients in a bowl and add turmeric powder and pepper powder. Now add the jhalmuri spices, cumin powder and mix everything well.

Now add spice puffed rice and mix it and add lemon juice and sprinkle coriander and mint and mix it well.

Take it out in a serving plate and garnish with lemon slices, chilli and mint and serve.
