Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuprice
  2. 1potato roughly chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1small capsicum chopped
  5. 2 tbsppeas
  6. 2green chili chopped
  7. 7-8curry leaves
  8. 2 tbspcarrot roughly chopped
  9. 1Bay leaf
  10. 3black Pepper
  11. 2Clove
  12. 1Cardamom
  13. 1Star Full
  14. 1 inchcinnamon
  15. 1Dry Red Chili
  16. 1 tbspoil
  17. 1 tbspcow ghee or butter
  18. 1 tspcumin
  19. 1chopped tomato
  20. 2 tbspChopped fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Keep ready all vegetables and dry spices.

    Take a pressure cooker add oil and ghee put it on medium heat. When the ghee is heated, Add cumin, Bay leaf, Pepper Clove, Cardamom, Star Full, Dry Red Chili.

    Now add all vegetables and salt mix it. After two min add rice and water mix it and Close the lid of the cooker.Switch off the flame after blowing two to three whistles.

    Once the air escapes from the cooker, open the lid and add coriander leaves.

    Yummy and healthy 😋 vegetables pulao is ready for serve. I served it with buttermilk and papad.
