Prep time -10 mins, Baking - 50 mins, Cool-10 mins

4-5 servings

Dry ingredients
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tspbaking powder
1 cupicing sugar plus more to garnish
2Tbso custard powder
Wet ingredients
1/2 cupbutter
2eggs
1 tspvanilla essence
1/2 cupmilk
Garnish with strawberries

Steps

Prep time -10 mins, Baking - 50 mins, Cool-10 mins

Dry Ingredients- in a bowl sift All-purpose flour, icing sugar, baking powder, custard powder and mix

Wet Ingredients- in the same bowl add milk, butter, break two eggs and vanilla essence, mix and whisk well

Grease a baking tin and add the batter to the tin, Pre heat oven to 180 deg C and bake for 50 mins or until done

Cool and drizzle icing sugar and serve with tea and strawberries
