Blend the peanut butter, almond flour, and dates together until you get a fine consistentsy
- 2
Lay on a plate and spread out so it is about a 1/2 centimeter thick
- 3
Melt the chocolate, oil, and peanut butter together in microwave. 30 second intervals, mixing in between each one until it is well mixed and melted. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!
- 4
Pour about 1-2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture into a cupcake lined muffin pan.
- 5
Press the chocolate up the edges with a spoon
- 6
Place a 12th of the mixture in each spot and press down slightly
- 7
Use the rest of the chocolate to cover the peanut butter completely

Peanut Butter Cups Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter is Canada's equivalent to Japan's anko (red bean paste)! I made these for my Canadian partner. Referencing a few recipes in English on the internet, I came up with my own original. Did you know that ET ate Reese's Pieces in the movie?Since it's like eating peanut butter straight, Japanese people might experience a culture shock. It's not for everyone. For those who haven't tried the Reese's version, I recommend starting out by making only a small amount, then make it again if it goes over well. It's a high-calorie sweet, so be careful not to eat too many. Recipe by VitaminY cookpad.japan -
