Prepare a checklist. Keep the necessary items nearby. Soak the almonds in water. For 30 minutes. Peel. Soak saffron in hot water/hot milk

In a blender jar place all ingredients except saffron. Blend to make a smooth puree.sugar is not a healthy ingredient. Use honey instead.. I added no sugar. If you need more sweetness, you may adjust the sweetness by adding honey. Add soaked saffron to the blended smoothie. Mix
Transfer the puree to a jar. Refrigerate
