It's a probiotic drink to be taken at any time of the day by adults and kids. Benefits of taking kombucha: supporting gut health due to its probiotic content, potentially boosting the immune system, and acting as an antioxidant source.

Start by boiling the 1 1/2 liters water in a pot.

After the water has boiled put off the fire.To the boiled water add 1 -Tablespoon Tea leaves and 1 1/2 cup sugar mix together and set it aside to cool.

Get a clean empty 2 Litres glass mason jar, a clean cotton piece of cloth, 3 elastic rubber bands and a clean sieve.

In the mason jar sieve in the the cooled mixture of black tea leave, sugar and water prepared before and cooled.

Into the mixture in the glass mason jar add in 1/4 cup Kombucha stir and add in the scoby.

Cover the mason jar with a clean cotton cloth and elastic bands.Store it on the counter top for 5-7 days to ferment.

After 5-7 days,open the glass mason jar sieve your kombucha store in a bottle, chill & enjoy.
