Spicy bacon and shrimp gochujang pasta

Cook your pasta according to package instructions.

Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat

Add in your bacon. Let that cook until the bacon fat is rendered out. Then add in your chili oil.

Pat your shrimp dry with paper towel before adding them into the pan and season with garlic salt. Cook the shrimp for two minutes on each side. When your shrimp is cooked, remove them they should no longer be translucent on the inside if cooked.

Now add in your chopped shallot and chopped garlic. Along with your gochujang. Continue to cook that on medium heat and mix together once everything is fragrant add in your cut up cherry tomatoes.

Cook everything for 2 to 3 minutes once your tomatoes are soft pour, turn the heat to low and pour in your heavy cream.

Give everything a good mix and add in your cooked pasta and shrimp.

Top with some parsley flakes and chilli oil
