  • 6eggs
  • 2zucchini
  • 1/4 cupmilk (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsgrated cheese (20 grams)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds. In a bowl, crack and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the milk, grated cheese, and zucchini.

  2. 2

    Line a round baking pan with damp, wrung-out parchment paper. Pour in the frittata mixture.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
