Wash, wipe and cut mangoes with mango cutter with hard portion of mangoes.Cut into big pieces.Remove seeds.

Firstly heat a pan.Add salt.Saute for one minute and keep aside.Roast mustard dal for half minute and keep aside.

Heat oil. Add little mustard seeds.When crackle turn off the gas.Now add asafoetida, fennel seeds, turmeric powder,salt, mustard dal and methi seeds.Mix well.After few minutes add chilli powder.Cool completely.

Add this masala into mango pieces.Mix well.After two days store in dry air tight glass container.Enjoy till 6 months.

Very tasty sour and spicy pickle is ready.
