I have made instant mango burfi which is made in very less time and easily. It looks very delicious and yummy 😋 too. It can be stored in the freeze for eight to ten days.

I have made instant mango burfi which is made in very less time and easily. It looks very delicious and yummy 😋 too. It can be stored in the freeze for eight to ten days.

First, mix milk powder, cardamom powder, milk, and cream in a vessel and prepare the mixture.

Now take a non-stick pan, add mango pulp to it, turn on the gas, add two spoons of sugar and keep stirring continuously and heat on medium.

When the sugar dissolves, add the prepared mixture, mix well and stir, add three or four strands of saffron and mix and keep stirring continuously.

Now when the mixture thickens, add one spoon of ghee to it and keep stirring continuously. When the pan separates and becomes thick, turn off the gas and put it in a plate greased with ghee and spread it. (I have made star-shaped burfi with a star mold here, so I did not spread it on the plate)

When it cools, cut the burfi in your favorite shape and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. So delicious mango burfi is ready.
