Drums on Batter of Glory

This is a delightful delicacy considered gourmet in many cultures. I created the batter from ingredients natural to earth. Flour, eggs, seasoning sauce and an array of tasteful flavor indicative of season.
Mix Batter of Flour, sauce, one to 2 eggs (aware of portion and sizing), salt, lime juice
Apply seasoning to meat as desired to palate.
Cook chicken on skillet at 325-345 degrees for about 45 minutes
At 20 minutes of chicken cooking remove from skillet and dip in batter and return dipped chicken to skillet to finish cooking an additional 25 minutes.
Keep watch thus it browns and not burns and creates a crust of bread and sauces.
The crust might fall off as it cooks however, make sure enough oil is inside the pan or skillet to fry the meat to perfection while dipped in batter of Glory.
The batter should be soft to taste and not sougy as bread dough.
