Kokum chutney

Tangy flavoured kokum chutney ,is a delight for the taste buds.
Steps

Soak kokum for 3 hours or till it becomes soft.

Roast jeera and pepper slightly or till jeera changes to light brown, cool it. To mixi jar add roast jeera and pepper and jaggery grind it to smooth.

After that add salt and soaked kokum, red chilli powder and grind it to a smooth paste (add 3,4 spoon water)

Delicious kokum chutney is ready.
