Blend the bliss: in a blender combine chilled yogurt, cold milk, rose syrup, dessicated coconut (lightly roasted if desired) and ground cardamom. Blend until creamy, smooth and beautifully pink.

Add the magic seeds: soak basil seeds in water for 10-15 mins until they bloom. Gently stir them into the blender lassi- do not blend again.

Garnish and Glow: pour into chilled glasses. Top with a pinch of cardamom, sprinkle of dessicated coconut, a few dried rose petals and with fresh indian holy basil leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy the cooling char.
