This grilled corn recipe became my household staple for summer grilling, the taste of fresh toasty corn with a combination of taste of coconut cream sauce that give a nice hint of flavor kinda sweet kinda salty the essence of green onion .

Ingredients

  1. 5fresh corn
  2. 3stems green onion (green part only)
  3. 1 cupcoconut milk
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1 tbspcornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Slice: 3 stems green onion (green part only) stovetop: in a skillet add 3-4 tbsp coconut oil cook green onion for about 30 seconds to infuse the flavor.

    In a sauce pot : 1 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cornstarch mix to combine. Stovetop: At low heat stir until coconut milk is thicken then add green onion.

    Grill the corn until it nice and lightly toast remove from the grill brush on coconut cream sauce and enjoy.
